Decide whether you would like to learn how to cook a traditional meat, fish or vegetarian dish and later eat what you have cooked for lunch! Afterwards visit the Cambodian Landmine Museum, then admire the loveliest of temples here, Banteay Srei or the Fortress of the Women, tiny but beautifully carved with an intricacy and elegance that makes it a masterpiece of Khmer sculpture.
