| A master Japanese chef who appeared in the Michelin Guide will teach you about the rich culture behind Japanese cuisine and how to prepare dishes like an expert |

| Learn how to use and prepare dashi (a special stock) and miso (soybean paste) like the master chefs, and cook your own Japanese lunch that might include dishes such as pumpkin pudding for starters, simmered eggplant with dried shrimp, or fluffy bean curd mousse. Before you can savour this delicious meal, you will learn proper Japanese table manners. Appreciate the food's aesthetics, aroma and seasonality and enjoy Japanese cuisine in an authentic atmosphere. The class will consist of between 2 and 10 persons.
