| Pick up from your Beijing hotel and drive around 50 miles out of the city to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall of China, one of the oldest, best preserved and scenic parts. Here you can take the cable car (not included in the tour cost) up to the top of the 25ft wall and walk along its crenellated parapets for around 2 hours and admiring breathtaking views of forests and hills all around. This hike is classed as beginner's level. Please note that you will follow a sometimes steep, uneven and rocky path, and should have suitable footwear.
